Hello and thank you so far :)
Maybe nand chip can be short-circuited.
I measured 3 point Gnd nand chip, can you measure?
    U609 coming 1V where there go after L803 (1R5)?
The texts do not show U818 AND U807, if you can tell the circuit types?

Not sure what you ask about the U818 / U807 but they are both the RT9018B
As far as the nand flash chip is concerned, if it is short-circuited, first check whether the 3.3v and grounding pins are not short-circuited, but on both sides.
If that is not the case, you must remove the nand chip to make sure it has no internal short circuit.

Question U809/L803, it go's at least to the front panel connector, further it has nothing to do with your issue.

    That i mean :)
Could you measure it where to go U806 output of 1877 ohms U806 pins 7-8 go?
Now i nand chip remote still 3.3V connection to the ground.
I need to know where 3.3v Go forward L802

The U806 pins 7-8 are the outputs and goes first to the L802 coil, after this coil it goes to the ceramic caps,
C828, C829, C830 which is still the output circuit related to the U806 output.

The U806 output feeds the C834-U807 input circuit, the C8233-U818 input circuit and the U601 maxim aud / vid chip several input pins, the Actel chip to several input pins and the nand flash chip.

Most scary possibility is that the cpu may caused it, but this I can not measure.

That is of what I have found.
Pity that it were not caused due the nand flash chip because if it's not caused by this, or the U818 / U807, then it will be hard to find the defective parts.
It could be also every ceramic cap on this circuit, and that are a lot of them.

Maybe, if you have some luck it is caused due the C828/C829 or the smaller C830 U806/L802 output ceramic caps.

If you want to know all the ceramic caps and inductors which are connected to the 3.3v, then you need to wait for Monday, because right now and tomorrow I'm not in my repair cave.

I Think I know at this moment one spot, because I had a long time ago a defective inductor and cap in this 3.3v area which is here.

Okay, I have removed my motherboard, and all 3.3v output spots that are connected to the U806 / L802 marked on these pictures.

If you are lucky, then it is a cap or transistor diode like the scart d60x etc,
    or maybe the rs232 ic.
With no luck, it can also be caused by the CPU.

In any case, you now have a good overview of where it is going.

I'm sorry to say this but I am not able to help you earlier with this than Saturday.
Because I have this file on my computer in my workshop, and I'm not earlier than on Saturday on that location.

    This you could read here,
    v-duo2.284/page-2#post-2733

As for the programmer you want to use, I do not known if this type nand flash chip can be programmed with this type
    TL866II Plus Programmer.
I had used the TL86 Plus programmer also known as ProMan Professional Programmer.
So also the file was made with this programmer, and may not work with other programmers.

I do have also the TL866II Plus Programmer, thus tomorrow I could test if this file can be used, or else I could try to make a second backup, but than made with this TL866II Plus Programmer.

Sorry to say but these TL866II Plus or the newest Xgpro does not support these Samsung K9K8G08... series nand flash chips and has no option to add it manually.
I think, contact the factory or the one who writes the software for it, and ask for the Samsung K9K8G08... series support or buy a better one.

I have allot of programmers, so also all the 3 types TL866 programmers, but my best programmer which support this chip and also allot of others is the TL86 Plus programmer also known as ProMan Professional Programmer which also have the option to add one manually when needed.

Just did a test with the Nand flash backup DUO2 Openpli 61 2018-02-03.zip file, which were made with the TL86 Plus programmer (ProMan Professional), to use this file with the TNM Universal programmer 2000 with the software version 10.32 to program the K9K8G08U0D nand flash chip and just works, de box just starts up without any issues.

So, this file may also usable for other nand flash chip programmers as long as they support in this case the Samsung K9K8G08U0D nand flash chips.
