Hmmm, yeah I have only one duo2 which is still brand new nearly used but okay, since I have no backup from it, I will consider to make one.
But first I need to find the time to remove the nand flash chip, and to mount a nand flash test socket for it which I probably can do this weekend.
However, since it is a 8 Gbits chip, the clone file may be big.
Also, it's normally better to buy a new nand flash chip when you program it, and solder it back, or you must know the reason why this box became bricked.

Btway, forget to ask, did you have tried to flash this box by using only the serial mode?

    There are two versions,
    The VuUtil,

    vuplus-serialmode.jpg

    And the vu-util_v2.0.1
    vuplus2-serialmode.jpg

See if you can do something with them.
Use a old image file when the box has been released, I think in the year 2013.

To the Vu util bootloader must working. In my box if bootloader is broken when rj-45(ethernet port) is disabled. In order to upload a soft vuUtil, the tuner must enter the CFE. My does not enter the CFE.

Not sure which Vu Util you had tried, but the first version does not have to use the network, it can be disabled, only the v2 version uses the network.

But if you can't use the serial mode option, then it seems to me that your box is in a more bad condition than I thought.
Then I think more of a bad, defective nand flash chip instead of corrupted data on it, or a communication issue between the I/O ports from/to the nand flash chip and the cpu.

Since I have taken the time to mount a nand socket on the motherboard I've did some testing with the duo2 related to the nand chip.

    Duo2-nandsocket.jpg

    Test without nand chip..
When I startup the box without the nand chip, the terminal output gives nothing, only the front white led is on, u702 is inactive.

Test with a corrupt nand chip..
Flashed a duo2 file and interrupt it while programming,
    Terminal output gives,

    BCM74250012

    M0
    M1
Further nothing, u702 is inactive, front white led is on.

    Programming with serial upload..
Uploading with serial didn't work, no response.

    Programming a nand flash chip..
    Duo2-programmer.jpg
Note the dot on the nand chip, the position of the dot must be directed to pin 1.

I have created two copy's of the nand chips with the programmer, one is OpenAtv but a used image file, and a Openpli 6.1 from this month/day which is unused.
From both I have made a clone nand chip and tested if they boot as this Openpli backup.

    Duo2-openpli-clonechiptest.jpg

    Programmer clone file

    Nand flash backup DUO2 Openpli 61 2018-02-03.zip

You need to unpack it for using it for the programmer.
File is uploaded to mega.nz, not my favorite but hopefully it works for downloading.
And this clone file were made from a K9K8G08U0D nand chip.

    Some instructions...

If you have the Samsung K9K8G08U0D then the software Detect it, but if you use the K9K8G08U0E then you need to add the settings manually, in my case it doesn't recognized it.

If that is the case then enable the User defined and press the Define button.
Use the settings as this picture shows.

    K9K8G08U0E.jpg

Programming the clone backup file is easy, just press the Open button and point it to the file.
Then press the Smart key and take a cup of coffee until it's finisched.
    K9K8G08U0D-programmings.jpg

However, I'm not claiming that your case is a corrupt nand flash chip, but is has the characteristics as if this may the case.

    I can not restore them.

As far as I know is two bad blocks not really something to be concerned of, even a new nand chip may have some bad blocks.
Maximal 10 bad blocks are permitted.

I think I'll try the old NAND tomorrow. If the soft programmer shows that you can not mount this chip in the mainboard, I will order a new one.

I had one new chip with this message, the second time I had programmed it was fine, so it's worth to try.

Do you have a bad blocks in your nand chip? I have 2 bad blocks in half nand chip.

Yeah it could happen, even with my 20 pieces nand chips, there are five with no bad blocks, these I always use as a master chips.
The others just works, the bad blocks will be marked and the writing to it will skip them.
Nevertheless it's always better to do the programming two times with bad blocks chips.

The new NAND memory did not give anything. In the fields marked in red it is short to ground.

up side is normal because it's the ground, coil side has normally a low ohm value which is 8.3ohms, so you may think that it's shorted, but it's not when you measure the 8.3 ohms.
In any case, you should see a difference ohm value when you measure the ground side and this coil side.

And this circuit should give a 1 vdc output, a bit under the 1v is also normal.

Ok, I do not have any idea...o_O I have volts in all places that you marked in red. Only I do not have in the U702 because box not starting. When I connect the laboratory power supply, it takes 1.2 amps at 12V.

The amps consumption seems to me normal, but did you have replaced the nand chip, checked the pins etc.
An empty nand chip will give the symptoms as a death box, it needs at least a working bootloader to give some life.

I Programming from your dump file with openpli. When i solder empty chip rs nothing show, box is dead. When i program the nand rs show this:
    Code:
    BCM74250012

    M0
    M1
    0100040000F
    00080000

Hmm i changed caps C8224C8225 and C722 and now in U817 I have only 0,9V.
