I think, use image files which are suitable for the sunray sr4 or if you have the sunray sr4 triple tuner.
Otherwise you could get this issue, or even the no tuner issue.

Of course it could also be a tuner or motherboard (cpu) issue, but often it's caused due software, or at least the (correct) drivers for the tuner.

    Hello.
    I have image OpenPLi_4.0_Japhar_DM800HDse_wIPTV_TripleTuner_v21-feeds.
Sometimes signal H polarization Intermittent. I tried another triple tuner, there is no mistake in it.
The error is on the motherboard ! There may be an error on some transistors.
    Sincerely,

As far as I know there is no transistor on the motherboard which can be involved with this H/V switching.
It's for so far I know controlled by the Cpu which only works properly when the drivers for the tuner or software is correct for the tuner that is used.
A best test is to test it with a regular single tuner because most of the software where test with it.
Triple tuners needs special drivers to operate properly.

In some cases it may also be solved by changing the boot loader to a newer or older version with of course the suitable software.

In any case, if it's not related to the software then I think more on a Cpu or the Lnb or Diseqc issue however I had only one case which was solved this by replacing the cpu, and that was with a dm500hd.
All other cases were in my case related to the used software.

    Hello Jonny B.
I found a mistake, AC Adapter showed 11,5v. when the digibox worked.
    Try another adapter, mistake disappeared.
    Sincerely

Ah, yes not thought of it, if the psu delivers a lower 12vdc value then you may also get this issue.
    Thanks for sharing your solution.
