    Hello guys..i have same problem with solo lorinsun red light and cant connect with rs 232..so i cant check bootlog with putty.. cant connect with jtag..but i will try first erase nand with universal programer and flash dump.. can i have dump for vu solo ? thanks

    Sorry, as far as I know, I do not have a nand chip cloned backup from the solo lonrisun, rather the solo2.
    But I think that a good start is to replace some caps and to see if you than are be able to make a jtag connection to the board before doing something else.

    Reprogramming the nand flash chip externally with a nand flash chip programmer seems to me useless while you can't get a connection with a cypress board.
    You will most likely end up with the same results.

    Hello Michal, as Johnny B. has very well told you, check the capacitors on the motherboard, are you using a cypress board to connect by jtag?

    Ok..I will replace caps first..didnt see damage,fault on this receiver .
    I already remove nand ..make backup and erase , flash bootloader... cfe_cfe_auto.bin with RT809H but not sure if this will work..after i replace capacitors ? so possible i remove nand and flash backup back.

    Hi..yes cypress board .. is installed good because i flash solo2 bootloader few times.
    will see vhen i replace caps if i get connection with jtag... but if u have working backup with programmer then please send link.thanks

    YES..I want dump bin from solo nand chip.. i have universal programmer .. so can flash quick..dont need cypres board..

    Sorry to say, but I have allot of spare parts boards, as also vu+ solo, but they seems to be different than the one you showing.
    And the marking code on your pictures are not clear enough to read it correctly but If I make some guess than it could be marking 3B SOT23-6.
    Then maybe the LM2734Z, see this datasheet, check at least the gnd/vin pins if it has the same vvc pins.
