thank you very much for your help now I get this error when pressing refresh https://ibb.co/9r7Jhjs https://ibb.co/8xnJPzr https://ibb.co/pZk35w1
yeah indeed, by taking a look to the datasheet I see that it seems that the maker Id is incorrect, probably the rest also. In that case I have right now no clue how the setting should be.
That depends, if I can figure out/find the correct data. But I need at least some time to figure it out. Maybe on Sunday.
I already found functional xml but I'm not sure about cfe, bin for this deco on the official gigablue page I download it but the folder says ueplus instead of seplus thanks is there a possibility to load a complete image by Jtag ???
I would try first the v1 version, and when it not works the v2 if you use the cfe.bin file from them. Question, s there a possibility to load a complete image by Jtag. No, that can only be done if you have a working cloned image file from a nand chip in bin format.
Good morning I take up the thread I got another gigablue 800 se plus dead this does not say anything by rs232 usb do not work does not connect by cypres and boot screen ????? Thank you
If it's completely dead, then it seems to me a good idea to measure the dc to dc step-down converters, the input and output dc voltages. Or, if it has no sign of life then it could also be the power supply, check its output voltages. However, since I don't have this box, I can't give any information about its voltage.
good with the hair dryer I gave a heating to the plate and THE DECO START up lasted 2 weeks again it stays in boot
Good morning, I am in the same situation with my gigablue 800 se plus. When turning it on, the display stays on BOOT. Could you tell me how to fix it. Thank you very much
A good start (if it has a external power supply) is to test it with another one, but beware of the specs, the other must have the same dc voltage, connector polarization, and at least the same amps as the one it had. Some higher amps may also, but I advice not to go higher than 5 amp. Other ideas could be bad caps, or as malpi seems to had, a bad/outdated solder somewhere, but that is one of the the worst scenario. Anyhow, if it failed after it has been used for a while, then it could be one of the things a had given, but if it failed after some software upgrade, or other software, than it's most likely not a hardware issue, but software related. In that case, if you can't upload new software, then (if available) the jtag option might be the solution.
