To be honest, I have not really an idea how to help you with this, but by thinking it's related to the tuner, and when you have two of them, swap them from the tuner slots, or if there is one, place it to the second slot and see if it helps.

I any case, when I have a repair with this issue, then the first thing I would do is to check it with another tuner.
The next step I would do when it makes no differences is to flash the box with another type software to see if it helps.

Non of above helps.it is tuner issue I guess.earlier some of the transponders are tuned and when scanned channels are found.now even if signal is very good channels could not found
Will replacing capacitors will help in this issue

I assume you have one tuner, not two, otherwise the second tuner should not give this issue.
In any case, when you experience this with two tuners, then it seems to me logic that it's caused due the dish, lnb, or cable.
With one tuner, then you could at least for 50% assume that it could be caused due the tuner, the other 50% the dish side.

In any case, since this happens by both tuner slots, it seems to me not caused due the box itself.
As for the caps replacement concerns, yes, it often could help.

Earlier I used green PCB tuner which also have this issue.it is damage due to lightning.then I'am using blue PCB Tuner which is also having this problem.
    Both tuners are dual tuners

Hmm, well, most defective receivers, and not limited to one brand who had a lightning strike are often no longer repairable because in most cases are also the cpu a bit, or fully damaged.
Thus, when you have the luck that it's only limited to the tuners, internal/external, then you could consider to buy another tuner to see if you can still use the box.

However, if the internal tuners also fails, then I again think of also some damage to the cpu.
Nevertheless, you may have the luck that it going to work fine with a new tuner.

Yes as earlier all transponders are working except the ones I mentioned previously. Even before lighting struck those transponders are not working.

Hmm okay, since it's not related to the motherboard, but seems to be related to the tuner itself because other type receivers which uses this type tuner seems to give the same issue, and it seems to be also an old never solved issue.
Also, it seems that it could give a picture, but after a few seconds it failed.
Then the most logic thing it could be is that it could be caused due a cap value, maybe is the 100uf to low, maybe a cap of 220uf or 360uf works better, or it's to high.
In any case, I would start to change some caps uf values to see if it could fix it, but I assume that the Vu+ team this already have tried in the years.

Since I only have the dual tuner,
I would start with the CF53, but take a look to another guy which replaced the caps due a stuck in standby issue, see the tuner part.

This is already answered in the link to the blog site,
He prefers SMD Polymer Capacitors instead of the Aluminium Electrolytic Capacitor chemistry.

Even then we have to choose from polymer capacitor according to ,ESR value, ripple current. I'am asking what should be our choice.
    Thank you

To be honest, I have not really a rock steady answer for it because I always do my thing my way by thinking to do the best.
But I have no doubt that they are all suitable, but choosing for a Low ESR will I thinking be the best.

May I have bom list of capacitor in the dual tuner and the motherboard.
Capacitance and physical dimensions of smd capacitores

Sorry, but I don't have that.
Best is to note the caps from the board yourself before replacing them.
