    This LNBH25 chip can not be used, you need the LNBH26 because the pin-out is different.

    The last link maybe, this one has some more functions, but these will not be used by the tuner.
    For example, take pin 23 that is Gnd, but the chip you found is pin 23 dsqout -a, but when it's connected to gnd it will not be used, thus that's no problem, same as the rest..
    The only problem may be the pin 2 FLT,
    Based on the datasheet from the tuner is this grounded, and this new chip is pin 2 FLT which means,

    Open drain output for IC fault conditions. It is set low in case of overload
    (OLF bit) or overheating status (OTF bit) or power not good (PNG bit) is
    detected. To be connected to pull-up resistor (5 V max.).

    I've no idea if this chip still function when it's grounded.
    But you can measure it, by measuring this pin 2 on the tuner board to check if it's indeed grounded.

    Anyway see this pinout of it, according to the LNBH26L datasheet could these be grounded.

    No idea why they don't deliver to your country.

    A better way seems to me to ask a family member, or other friend in a neighboring country where it is possible to order it, and ask it to be forwarded to you.

    Also keep in mind that with aliexpres the electronics parts delivery can take a long time, sometimes months.
    And especially with parts that are difficult to obtain everywhere, such as this specific LNBH26L part.

    If it is the LNBH26 type QFN24 then it is okay to use.
    And that seems to be the case according to your picture.

    Only if you have a schedule for it, and there isn't one.
    Or compare the print tracks with a working and exactly the same tuner.
    And sometimes, in the datasheet of the LNBH26 chip there is an application circuit example that can help to see where a pin can go, to which part.
    In any case, I don't have/know of any other options.

    Also there is no light on tuner in these three leds

    From what I read about it, the dm900 Si2169c tuner is not the easiest tuner to configure, and from what I read it requires the correct, latest drivers.
    But as I mentioned before, I have no experience with this type of tuner, so I cannot say whether the hardware, driver, or version/type of image software can cause this.

    But I can say from experience that the LNB voltage is not present if it is not on a selected channel.
    Sometimes it is possible to add a channel list manually.
    And sometimes a new installation helps.

    Yes sir you are right but this triple tuner does not have that problem which is in si2169D triple tuner this one is si2169c and was working ok in any types of images of dm900 or dm920

    What I haven't seen from you is the condition of the parts under the shielded tin box.
    It is possible that damage has also occurred there.

    I have a tuner here that I'm working on at the moment, one that has had its shield removed.
    Here's a picture which is not the same as yours, but as an example.
