When the receiver itself is no longer working, and it's not due some software issues, and even without extra things connected as the tuner etc, then it may be a hardware failure.
It could be the power supply self, maybe it still gives the 12vDc but the Amps are weaken, or maybe some Dc to Dc ic's are damaged, or worsen, the cpu or related to it.

In any case, if you think it's some voltage drop on the motherboard, then I have here a voltage overview of it.

Hello, if there is a short circuit in the Dream Box 900 and the tuner does not come out, how should it be repaired? Thank you.

There are 3 LEDs on the tuner, which are always lit from the first left. The second and third, which are related to the first prophet and the second prophet, were lit after receiving the signal.
Which does not turn on now. This happened suddenly after the system crashed and reset again

I said maybe you friends have experience in this field, thank you

Do you flash the right image for the sim/chip on the box ? Is it original or clone ? And which image do you try on it, are you sure it's compatible with the box (original or clone) ?

Yes, my device is original. The tuner goes online, but the green lights on the tuner when the device is turned on. VCC 1 and 2 do not work

None of my friends had such an experience in ordinary receivers. When the antenna wire was short-circuited, the fuse burned out and was replaced.

I have a clone of 800 ordinary devices, can I use that tuner or not? In my country, it is not possible to buy from Amazon due to US sanctions, otherwise I would buy online

The DM920 device was working very normally, and I had a picture of Marilyn installed on the inside, and I downloaded the bari and I was home more than the picture on the external flash and it was working very normally only for two days. The electricity got cut off and I worked more than once, but the device was working normally at the end of the day I turned off the device and turned it on Another bad adapter, but it happened that the device stood on a red bulb and the front screen did not give anything as the net bulb floated around, and I tried all the proposed methods, but without any help.

Your box is a DM900UHD (not a DM920UHD), or do we talk about a different box ?

Do you have access to the console via the service port and Putty in COM at 115200 bps ?

What was the result using the old DM800HD tuner ?

Just for excluding the differences of the DM900/DM920 UHD see here a picture of them.
The back of it should give you a clue.

I react here on you questions,
Thank you and I wish you could help me because I tried the topic of dm920 usb hyperterminal, it did not connect to anything. Is there a problem with the power that occurred because of the electricity surge.
Because the other topic was oftopic for this questions.

If you can not connect to the dm900 or dm920 box as..
By network, service usb connector, Sd card slot and no (probably short) usb reading (only to see if you use a usb stick with a activity led).
Then it may be a hardware issue, and since it is a difficult box to repair (if possible) and you have not the knowledge to repair difficult issues as this box has, and or not the correct equipment, then my best advice is to let it examine/repair by someone with the knowledge of these boxes.

However, today, my own basically brand new dm900 died simply because I turned it off while it was starting up.
Thus, even it looks as if it may hardware issue, it could still be related to the software of the box.

Anyway, be sure you do the correct thing to make a serial, or telnet connection by using a tool as Putty.
Therefore I will give you some of my ways to do it in the next post.

Howto connect to the mini usb service port from a dm900/dm920...

First thing is to only connect the usb service port, without turning on the box to see if it works.
So, step 1, connect the mini usb service port to a computer..
    conn.jpg

Check in the windows device manager, the comports, if it's connected.
    conn2.jpg

In my case it has Com4, thus this needs to be used into a tool as Putty serial mode..

    putty-serial.jpg
Do not forget to also add the Speed value, when done press open.

    Connect the network cable,
Turn on the box, and you should see some box activity.
And you may get to the login as this here on the end..

    putty-serial2.jpg

when you get to the login, and want to login, then type root..
    putty-serial3.jpg

""Now you logged in and you could try these instruction from the dreambox.de board.
But do this only when you have issues to reach the rescue mode, or other boot issues with ending to this mode.
And, this will only work if the box gets a ip address when you in the serial mode.
Useless to say that you do it on your own risk, I can not guarantee if things get worse.""
To see the serial output data from the box, you don't need to do the rescue instructions or to login.

Telnet with putty is also easy if you have a ip, just choose telnet, and type the ip you have into it.
    putty-telnet.jpg

Then you could try also these instruction from the dreambox.de board.
But only when/if the box failed to boot up, and not can be flashed anymore on the normal way.

I'm not saying that this is a solution for you to fix it, in my case it does not fixed my box.
    My has still the,
    err.jpg
With the browser Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8 issue.

To come back to this.... when your box starting up and when you have the tuner into the tuners list, thus the tuner is recognized, then what if you add a channel list manually and choose a channel.

    @ahmed ali..
Hmmm, I've only now noticed that you mixed-up with the issue of amirhossein, at least by me.
Therefore it's still unclear which box you talk about, if it's a dm900 or 920.
But assuming it is the Dm900uhd, and your question is, if this is the correct one.
Yes, there are two of them on the motherboard,
One is for the delivery of the 1v/3.3v/5v and the other for the delivery of 1.5v/1.8v and 5.1v

If/when you have the dm920uhd, then I assume that it has the same Dc to Dc circuits, but I can not confirm that.
