Is the mb on its own sufficient?

Yes, only the motherboard is enough.

I recommend Johny B. with pleasure and confidence. I am convinced that the motherboard will be repaired.

    Hello Jonny

How did it end with bibo1's box
I have almost exactly the same value as he, and a D11 as well.
The only difference is that all my 5 LEDs are weak.

    Thanks in advance. qrt

Because it was 2 years ago, I do not know if I had repaired it but if all leds are weak on, and all main voltages are fine then it could be the bios rom, defect or not placed good in the socket if it has it.

There are also other parts which could cause it, but at this moment I remember the bios rom.

    Thanks for fast response

    Nope, no socket on mine.
But I have some spare parts boxes. (All sim 2.10) with the same chip specification
Do you think it's the same software on D6 vs D11, or does it need to be programmed?

    qrt.

This mainly happens if it's placed in a socket, an damaged bios eeprom itself is very rare, but yes, as long it's a bios rom from a 800se, then you can use it on other 800se boxes.
