Connect the mini usb service port to a computer, and see with a terminal program as Putty or Hyper terminal if there is some life in it.

I not know if you have tried it without the front panel, and or tuner.
But see if it makes a difference.

It does. If the tuner is installed the HT does not react. The Frontpanel connected makes no different it shows the signs.

Hmmm, are the motherboard leds all on, and lights fully, or all weak on.

    Okay, and so..
All leds are On, on the motherboard.
    No terminal output.

Did you have checked the box with another 12v dc power supply?
Note that the psu must be al least 12v Dc 3Amps, and beware of the plus side which must be the center hole.

I just checked another one 12V/3A and a third one with 4.5A. But remember I made the Voltage measurement on P1100 and the show exactly as the should pin 1- 7.

Yeah okay, but despite the fact that the voltages are present, it could be a psu issue.
Mostly to see if the main voltage is exactly 12v or lower.
These boxes works the best on 12.5v up to max 12.8v.

But okay, there are still some things you can check.
If the voltages are present on the P1100 pins, then I mostly check them also by ohms.
    dm8se-p1100-ohms-values

At this moment I think of a interrupted inductor, ora print track, or worse a cpu issue.

    I measured :
    Pin5 - vary from 500ohm to ~20k
    Pin4 - 94,9ohm
    Pin3 - 21,6k
    Pin2 - 30 ohm
    Pin1 - 350 ohm

Pin 5, 5v should me around the 914 ohm and pin 4, 3.3v is way out of the normal value.
Pin 3, 2.5v 21.6k is a bit suspicious but this relies on the 5v delivery.

I think of a issue with the q1105, or q1106 mosfet from the 3.3v circuit
In any case it can be checked if you remove the zero resistor R1112, but best is to isolate both ways by removing the R1112 and R1131 zero ohms resistors.

The 5v pin should than give a better ohm result.

But, it's just a idea, it doesn't have to be on these mosfet's, for the same case it's due another cause as one of the N5212 chips.
Or, worse simply due the cpu because it use the 3.3v voltage.

Okay, and good luck with finding the issue.

    Hi Johnny,
I could find nothing either the issue nor the Q1105, Q1106 und the resistorsR1112 and R1131 . I checked both sides very carefully. Could it be that ddue to the age of the PCU they are not there? Because the board is build on
    03.08.2015-RevD11?

Hmm.. later came a new design with 8 pins dc to dc ic's.
    As this example, image.
In that case it's better to wait until I have found my measurement notes about it, because the ohm values are different with this type boards.

Yes, that makes it difficult because I do not have a in working condition this type motherboard.
But, a rev D11 board without the cpu which the voltages are working.
    These are ohm values,
    Pin5 - down to 1382 ohms
    Pin4 - 104.3 ohms
Pin3 - Difficult to measure but it ends in the M ohm.
    Pin2 - 33 ohms
    Pin1 - down to 4.36k

    You measured :
    Pin5 - vary from 500ohm to ~20k
    Pin4 - 94,9ohm
    Pin3 - 21,6k
    Pin2 - 30 ohm
    Pin1 - 350 ohm

So, based on this I don't see it happen to find it by the ohm measurements.
Also I have at this moment no idea to help further with this issue, all leds on motherboard On, no readable terminal output.

That's possible, but I can not say with certainty if I be able to fix it.
It's a fault that I have not experienced.
