Hello my friends I have a dm800se and from the last update to image the display in front (IMG_20240714_185507.jpg) has stop to working and i see only black screen , the box is working well as i can see channels . I have try to reinstall the image but the display in front is off and only the blue led working when is starting . What can i do to fix this problem . P.S : i have test the front panel to an ather dm800se and working properly . Thank you i advance for the answers and your help .
Previous no Hdmi issue... It could be a resolution that is too high, or a software problem, or an HDMI connector problem, or worse, a CPU problem. What I would do is access the box via a web browser and check the settings etc. Another idea is to test the box on another screen if present.
Both the dm800se display itself, and or a complete front panel, and a parts seller, I do not know. These receivers are now outdated, and regarding parts sales it does not seem interesting to me anymore.
