    Last update for tonight.
I reset, the only powered HUB that works in the decoder. It had 3 cold welds. With 5V and 2.5A power supply.
I mount everything, with decoder on standby on PIN P8, I read 5.08V.
I start the decoder with one channel on DTT, the voltage is 4.97V.
But from the few tests I have done it seems a little better.
Tomorrow I will try to put a 12V fan. and let you know.
For today I do testing. Thank you so much.
PS: Definitely I want to take a look at the capacitors C204, C210 and C211.

Good evening, I would like to add some other small information. Let's say that even with the USB hub powered I had no benefits.
My fan is mounted on the 12V line. Measured with the multimeter and it is 12.1V. then OK.
Now to make my fan spin slower, it has an absorption of 0.08A. Can I put a resistance series of about 75 Ohm? so I cut the tension in half? if I have not done wrong the calculations. So I leave the power source with 12V.

So I exclude that the fan caused problems to the 5V. (I had found the fan blocked for some time).

So then... it's a driver problem,

It's very likely, but this is the second USB I try. First WinTV, now sky key. Same problem? For me a greater role can have the voltage of 5V. Maybe. But in any case I will also try to change firmware and drivers. Now I want to slow down the fan, it's annoying.
