    Could be two things if it's not a failure from the motherboard.
    Bad nand flash chip or sim card failure.
    I would first replace the sim card to see if it's helps.

    Based on the terminal output it has the ssl87F ferrari boot loader on it, and so you must also have/use the ferrari dm8000hd sim card and use a old image file, for example the Ferrari-ssl87f-openpli for the dm8000hd

    Not sure if it says something but I also see some differences as,
    Code:
    Kernel command line:
    root=/dev/mtdblock3 rootfstype=jffs2 rw console=null

    While in my terminal log it shows,
    Code:
    Kernel command line:
    console=ttyS0,115200 ip=dhcp root=/dev/mtdblock3 rootfstype=jffs2 rw

    Maybe you need to check in the bios the boot tab, the Kernel Command Line and probably after that flash the box again.

    Yes, he could reset to default the values of his DM8000HD Bios, probably this will help,

    Then some Ferrari sim Fail, so he needs to check loading a Ferrari image into the box to see if the Tuners are active or not, then we could know if the sim is ok.

    If the box is rebooting, the PSU could be at fault, the usual capacitors... as it doesn't gives enough power to the motherboard and it reboots when it needs more than what the PSU is capable of giving because of the old Capacitors that needs replacement.

    Voltages needs to be stay stable, if one is not then it could be a power supply issue, or some defective part from the motherboard.
    Most easiest is to test is with another power supply otherwise you stay in doubts from which side it caused.

    In any case when you use extra tuners, remove them and see if it's still gives this problem.

    Other solution could be to test the psu when it's not connected to the motherboard, see here for more about this.

    If you mean, to let the dn8000 startup with a usb stick, then I have no clue how.
    But still, if you does not have tried other ferrari sim software, most of the older files you can find here.
