    Now, I need your wishdom!
I did the tuner mod to the one of the tuner modules, the easy part was to solder the capacitor, the tough was to remove the C1.
Anyhow, receiver is doing the same tricks with diseqc issues, doesn't matter if using the modified tuner module or the other one. For a moment I was thinking that the resistor was moved or soldering was cracked. I removed the board and the resistor is there, soldered and without any short circuit!!!
Since the day of the mainboard mod and the tuner mod the receiver was remaining in my room, a well ventilated space and with controlled temp. No move, no violent shake, nothing!

    what is your opinion?

Yeah the RevK caps mod is basically removing the C1 cap, and to replace it with a 1000uf 16v cap.
The solder places are on the same circuits thus the + goes to the FL308 and the min side to the min side of the D102.

    Something like this,

But if I understand it correctly, then you basically say that you still have the diseqc issue, with or without the motherboard mod.
If so, then I have no other solutions than maybe the use of a BCM 4505 DVB-S2 tuner or the use of a bsbe2-801A tuner.
But still, I can't give any guarantee that it will solve your problem because this resistor modification was my best shot.
