    Dear ToySoft / Johnny B.

I have figured out the problem in DM520 is created by from sensor / IR panel.

I kept detached it from DM520 main board for last 2 days. DM was working fine.

This morning again I attached sensor panel and started the receiver. Though the DM started normally but the front light was purple instead of blue.

Again I sent it to Deep Standby, but the Receiver automatically started from Deep Standby to Normal Mode.

I have also figured out that when DM520 is heated it works fine. But when I sent it to Deep Standby, within half hour it starts automatically and goes to Rescue Mode. And if it starts normal then it keeps purple light on for some time.

And when it Auto starts from Deep Standby, Red Light keep blinking same as when we touch its sensor panel to bring it to Rescue Mode.

Now I have kept it above processor to get its moisture, if any, away.

Kindly guide what should be done further.

Tomorrow I could give you some ohm and voltage measurement of this panel, but if it will help you to solve it, it is a bit doubtful because there are not many parts on it.

Thanks dear Johnny B. / ToySoft you have always supported me. :)

Today I have cleaned the front sensor. I think there was cockroaches dung suspended between the upper LED and rubber cover on power sensor Button.

Thank God, now three hours have passed, and the Receiver has not shown any activity.

I hope it will be fine now.:D

I don't think there's need to check ohms anymore. Otherwise I will seek your advice again.

Thanks for extending your guidance / advice and support.:)

Yeah, since it is a touch button, it can also be activated by dust and or other stuff on it, and may because of that become sensitive.
Then, it may the reason why you had this issue.
Not a bad finding, and this could be a logical reason why this happened.
