920 cooler

    Guys tell me, the cooler was installed and worked, due to the fact that the speed was not regulated, it was disabled, now I decided to try to turn it on again and alas it does not work
    pin voltage of the connector
    1-0
    2- 3,5v
    3- 0
    4- (-0)
    image of Merlin, although now with any image installed, the cooler does not turn on, there is no +12V power on the 3 pin.

    after the restart, it will first be 9, and then it will drop to 0

    Sorry to say, but I do not have these receiver, only the 900 which uses no fan cooler, and also not has these connector.
    Thus, I have not the ability to check these voltages.

    But, as far as I see it, then it is a two wire fan, a fan with two wires has no speed control, or it must have an inbuilt temperature censor/probe and so it it easy to replace, or externally to check if the fan is still working/running.

    In any case, in most cases it is a defective fan that needs to be replaced.
    Thus, I would try that first.

    Further, the fan may be controlled by software, and in some cases due a plugin as fancontroller2.
    Some image files already has installed a fan controller, and some not.
    However, this is known of the older dream boxes, and I do not known is it's needed on these newer boxes.

    DM920 was working very normally, and I had a picture of Marilyn installed on the inside, and I downloaded the bari and I was home more than the picture on the external flash, and it was working very normally, only for two days. Another bad adapter, but it happened that the device stood on a red bulb and the front screen did not give anything as the net bulb floated around, and I tried all the proposed methods, but without any help. I hope someone has a solution for help. Thank you.

    Sorry to say, but I do not own these receiver thus I can not really help you with it.
    My best shot is (when it's works) is to take a look into the log file why it's stuck on starting up.
    This can be done by the mini usb service port connected to a computer/laptop, more about it search to dm920 usb hyperterminal
    Or search to the dm920 usb flash rescue files, maybe that helps you.

    Thank you and I wish you could help me because I tried the topic of dm920 usb hyperterminal, it did not connect to anything. Is there a problem with the power that occurred because of the electricity surge
