Thanks JB. I did try replacing U801 with one bought a few years ago, no difference. I notice I have no 12v anywhere on the main board, just 3.3v...
Also, powered up: L809 - 2.5v, L803 - 1.5v, L804 no voltage. Hope this helps?
OK, have checked Hardly any resistance accross L803 and L804. Then powered up : F803 is 0.6v, F804 is 1.23v,
