I checked the 8 pins and it gives me 5 ohms

If they're all eight in the same ohm range then there's really no reason why it's acting that way.
Or there must be something wrong with the RE/WE or WP pin connection.

however the measurement of the nand flash I have not taken it in Mega Ohm but only in Ohm.
on RE / WE or WP pin do I have to check Ohms?

but in your opinion with a programmer of nand something could be solved?

Meg ohms/ohms.. it does not matter, main thing is that the i/o pins are in the same range.
Then you know that all the data lines are connected to/from the cpu.

The RE / WP etc can also be measured by ohms, between a ground, and the pin you like to check.
Further, the resistors needs also be checked for good ohm measurement and proper solder etc.

You could wait till Saturday, if all goes to plan than i'm to my workshop and could do some testings.

By reading back when you had play with the mcu tool, be aware that this mcu tool is for upgrading the security chip and do nothing with the nand flash chip.
Thus you may have a non working security (decoding) chip.

I need to check it, if the nand chip gives this issue when the security chip has been removed.
If so, then you may have your answer why the nand chip failed.

I've did some testings to see when the nand chip may fail and it's not due the security chip because without it it just can reach the nand chip.
The only way to create the error you have is when I attempt to do the flash job with a incorrect script.
After it, I can, when I choose the correct script, and a dozen erase attempt, than refresh, it spontaneously were fixt and again be flashed.

However, there is one main rule, the cypress board must be recognized as the Broadcom Test Adapter in the hardware, and may not change when in process.
    Otherwise it will also fail.

thank you for the proof. the cypress card if I go to see in the system peripherals is recognized as Broadcom Test Adapter. when it gives me an error I can't even reset it.
I put a couple of photos

Yes indeed, it does not see a nand flash chip.
    As if none are installed.

Quite strange if you have checked all the main nand chip pins.
Because then you should at least see something.

Maybe a script problem, try the k9f2g08u0a xml script, or wait until Monday and I can give you my tested, working script.

Then it looks like I can't help you further.
Using windows XP, with a real DB9 serial port, and the software available should be sufficient for a working result.

My last tip and thought was that you may have placed the chip the wrong way, but apparently that was not the case.
So sorry, but I don't have any new ideas to help you with it, everything is pretty much already mentioned.
