Seems to me a syncmos chip, same as sometimes used for the ferrari vu boxes.
    As these, the v3 version.

But to known how the Vuj module must be connected after the removal of this chip, i need to know the chip numbers to be sure how it needs to be connected.

Or, in some cases, when the numbers has removed, i need to know the pins of were the two crystal connection goes, and also easier when i known the vcc pins, and ground.

In any case, if it is a syncmos chip, and these crystal pins are connected the same as these drawing shows, so also the ground and voltages pins, then is the sda/scl connection pins also the same.

    Or this picture,
    Syncmos Solo sda-scl.jpg

But to measure it correctly, the chip needs to be removed which seems to me not so easy due the card slots nearby.
In any case, to me it seems possible to modify it to a VuJ chip/module version.

I depends on your (technical) skills because you need at least remove the old chip without damaging the motherboard print tracks, measuring the crystal pins and gnd/vcc pins to compare it with my syncmos drawing to figuring out the sda/scl pins.
Also be sure to check the voltages, if it's 3.3v.
And also (which is better) to add a connector for connecting the VuJ chip.

It's not a easy job to preform, but it's possible, or else you can also let it done by me, just give a pm for more info.

No, these connector pins are for jtag/I2c, your board has a onboard security chip and so the only way to succeed to modify this board to the vuj board is to remove the old security chip, and to add/solder the four wires, sda/scl/gnd/vcc (3.3vdc) to the vuj chip board, or with a female connector.
