I assume that it looks as if the box is in standby. Se if it helps if you plug off the box, and plug it in, hold the power button on the front, or from the remote control. In rare cases this may help, especially when it happened after uploading a flash file, however it may also be a unknown hardware error. Further, for what I have read about it, it's a common issue and seems not so easy to repair if it's related to a hardware issue but there were cases which succeeded due the replacement of all the caps.
Thanks for the reply JB, yeah, I suppose it may be worth changing the caps like the Duo 1? I haven't got this Duo 2 yet but I have been offered it faulty. If it's cheap enough I may get it to have a play with. I will keep you posted. Thanks, Jules.
hi Johnny, i do have a broken Vu duo2 and intend to repair via jtag, the only part I miss is the Samsung K9K8G08UOD. xml to do the bootloader in the flash. Any Idea where I can get it from?
