May be useful if you have a problem with this type 25x10 Panasonic ETXEZ654M7F psu.

I've made a voltage overview from the safe side of the power supply unit, and the hot side.
But be carefully with the hot side, there are 324v dc places.
Use a good quality multi meter if you want to measure this high voltages.

Nevertheless most of the problems arises on save side, and the measurements could also give a impression if it is a problem on the hot side.

For convenience, I also give most data sheets related to this type psu.
    These are the,
    IC600 Marking Code MP2354DS
    IC700 Marking Code MP2355DN
D104 Marking Code 1N4007 OR BYV26E OR M7 (zipped in one file)
    Q100 Marking Code 6C S
    Q200-Q501-Q401 Marking Code 23/22 (Y1)

    IC400-IC500 Marking Code 6CC088YM TL5001CP
    IC101 Marking Code ICE2A765P2
    Q400-Q500 Marking Code 18P06P
    D300-D301 Marking Code FCH05A10
    IC100 Marking Code MIP2E1DMY
    ICB30-IC200 Marking Code SUMC TL431 1018N
    PC100-PC200-PC300 Marking Code 3171 R 03 (Optoisolator)

Be careful with the measurements, do not make any short circuit during measurement.
And avoid the high voltage area.
    Good luck!.

    One TIP..

To activate the psu it's better to create a circuit that feed the 3.3v to the pin 4 of the psu.
See more about it on this topic.

If you have the problem that your Dm8000hd Psu only gives the 14v, then it could be the IC101 Marking Code ICE2A765P2.

I've made a picture which shows the ohm values of a new Ic, and as a example a measurement of one that failed.
It could help you to see if it's faulty.
This Ic must be removed to measure the pins by Ohms.

    Good luck...

    Johnny,
Thanks for the measurements. I checked my two pcs of IC101 but I measured different values. But I measured ONLY IC101 not in the board. How did you measure?

    Hi Jane,

These measurements are done when it's removed from the board.
This is the best way to get a good overview of the state of this ic.
But, if the psu has only the 14v when it's external feed with the 3.3v, than it's most likely this ic.

    Johnny, thanks for the reply.
I asked because I measured a different values but I used

DER EE DE-5000 ,which is LRC bridge

Yeah okay, but I have it done by ohms measurements, anyway, I've done these measurements with two multimeters, Fluke and Vellerman.
Both calibrated multi-meters and gave the same values, so I may assume that the measured values are correct.

But for sure I will check it again when I have received the new order.

I've re-checked the Ohm values from 10 new IC101 ICE2A765P2, and they are all in the same ohm value range as given before.

So, if you measure some values which are very different than these measurements, you may assume that it is defective.
When it's defective than is the dm8000hd Psu fault mostly, only the 14v, other voltages are gone and in some cases due this defect may also drop the 14v to a lower voltages.

    Dear Johnny B.!

    ICE2B765P2/67khz instead of ICE2A765P2/100khz?

I can't say if it works, it may works fine, or it doesn't.
I usually use the same parts myself, to avoid any problems.

It is mainly (I think) for the switching of the amount of khz your power network requires.
So a 60khz network could be on the edge by using this 67khz when your network is 60khz, I think.
